Connection and Wallet

Q: Which wallets are supported?

A: Currently CoinLab only supports the Phantom wallet, other wallets may be added in the future.

Q: Why do I need to sign a message?

A: The signature is required for secure authentication. This does not spend SOL, it is only to verify that you own the wallet.

Q: "Phantom Wallet is not installed" - what to do?

A: Install the Phantom extension in your browser and reload the page. Make sure the extension is enabled.

Q: Can I switch wallets?

A: Yes, but you will need to reconnect. Your generated images are linked to the wallet that created them.

Q: "Session not synced" - how to fix it?

A: Reload the page or reconnect your wallet. If it persists, clear the browser cache.

Credits and Payments

Q: How much does it cost to generate an image?

A: Each generation costs 10 Buzz (platform credits).

Q: How do I buy Buzz?

A: Click your Buzz balance in the header, choose a package and confirm the transaction with your Solana wallet.

Q: Can I reverse a Buzz purchase?

A: No, transactions confirmed on the Solana blockchain are final and cannot be reversed.

Q: "Insufficient credits" - what to do?

A: Buy more Buzz or check if your transaction has been confirmed. Use the "Refresh" button to update the balance.

Q: Why didn't I receive my Buzz after purchase?

A: Wait up to 2 minutes. If it doesn't appear, reload the page or contact support.

Image Generation

Q: What image formats can I upload?

A: PNG, JPG, JPEG, WEBP, AVIF and GIF are accepted. We recommend images of 1024-2048px.

Q: Can I upload multiple people in the same image?

A: Not recommended. Use only 1 character per image for better results.

Q: What should I write in the "Character Trait" field?

A: A simple and specific trait (max. 35 characters), like "blond hair girl", "Jocker".

Q: Why did the generation fail?

A: It may be due to a slow network or a temporary issue. Your Buzz are automatically refunded.

Q: How long does generation take?

A: Usually 10-20 seconds, but it can vary depending on complexity, network traffic and the chosen model.

Q: Can I generate images without a trait?

A: No, the "Character Trait" field is required to guide the generation.

Q: Can I use generated images commercially?

A: Yes, you have full rights over the images you generate on CoinLab.

History and Downloads

Q: Where are my images stored?

A: In your personal vault linked to your wallet. Only you have access.

Q: How do I download my images?

A: Click the "Download" button on the image or go to History and click "Download All Images" to download in bulk.

Q: Can I mark images as favorites?

A: Yes, use the star icon on images in the history.

Q: Do my images expire?

A: No, they are stored permanently in your vault.

Q: Can I search for old images?

A: Yes, use the search in History by words from the prompt used.

Technical Issues

Q: The page won't load - what to do?

A: Check your connection, reload the page, or try another browser.

Q: "Error generating image" - how to resolve?

A: Check the connection, try again or contact support.

Q: The image doesn't appear in the grid - what to do?

A: Wait a few seconds or reload the page. If it persists, check your Buzz balance.

Q: The timer stopped - is this normal?

A: It may indicate a network issue. Wait up to 60 seconds or try again.

Q: "Vault not initialized" - how to resolve?

A: Reconnect your wallet or reload the page. If it persists, contact support.

Q: "Long Generation Time" - how to resolve?

A: Common, check your internet connection and wait until the image is generated or contact support in persistent cases.
