CoinLab is an AI image-generation platform that allows users to:

• Store images in a personal vault

• Manage creation history

• Purchase credits via the Solana blockchain

• Image Generation: Transformation of characters into different styles

• Personal Vault: Secure storage of generated images

• Credits System: Pay-per-use via Buzz

• History: Organization and search of creations

• Download: Export of generated images

Account and Authentication

Wallet Authentication

• Method: Connection via compatible Solana wallet

• Security: Mandatory digital signature

• Session: Timestamp authentication

• Verification: Ed25519 signature validation

User Responsibilities

• Secure Wallet: Keep private keys secure

• Single Access: Do not share credentials

• Updates: Keep wallet updated

• Backup: Back up keys

Account Data

• Public Address: Stored for identification

• Images: Linked to the connected wallet

• Transactions: Recorded for auditing

• Sessions: Managed via secure JWT

Use of the Service

Allowed Use

• Personal Generation: Creation of images for personal use

• Commercial: Commercial use of generated images

• Sharing: Distribution of creations

• Storage: Maintenance in the personal vault

Prohibited Use

• Reverse Engineering: Decompilation or disassembly of the web app

• Unauthorized Access: Attempts to bypass security

• System Abuse: Excessive or automated use

• Rights Violation: Infringing third-party rights

Technical Limitations

• Rate Limiting: Protection against abuse

• Validation: All inputs are validated

Payments and Credits

Credits System

• Unit: Buzz (platform credits)

• Cost: 10 Buzz per generation

• Purchase: Via Solana transactions

• Non-Refundable: Purchased credits are final

Transactions

• Method: Solana Blockchain

• Confirmation: 2-30 seconds

• Fees: Solana network cost

• Audit: All transactions recorded

Payment Policies

• Optimistic: Instant debit in the interface

• Refund: Automatic in case of failure

• Finality: Confirmed transactions are final

Limitation of Liability

Service Availability

• Uptime: No guarantee of 100% availability

• Maintenance: Downtime windows

• Updates: Changes without prior notice

Financial Limitations

• Data Loss: No liability for loss

• Credits: No refund of purchased Buzz

• Transactions: No liability for network fees

• Conversion: No conversion of Buzz to SOL

Suspension and Termination

Termination

Recovery
